The 12th September 2024 S.O. 450, dated 12 September 2024—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to sub-section (3) of Section 1 of The Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes Act, 2024, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to extend the provisions of "The Bihar Settlement of Taxation Disputes Act, 2024" for the period (six months)from 15th September, 2024 to 14th March, 2025. 2.
