L.-33004/99 EXIRAORDINARY 75J ^ 1 ^ , 1, 2006/«PT^ 10, 1927 No. 751 NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, MARCH 1, 2006/PHALGUNA 10,1927 1 ■rH , 2006 « h ^ TTTT̂ I 574 G1/2006 (I) MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND BROADCASTING NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1st March, 2006 G .S ^ 126(E)—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 32, read with Sub-section (7) and (8) of Section 6, of ^heiPrasar pharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Act, 1990 (25 of 1990), the Central Government hereby makes the Swing ̂ endmente in the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Salaries, Allowances ̂ d other conditions of service of Chairman, Whole-time Members and Part-time Members Rules, 2000, n a m e l y - 1.(1) These rules may be called the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) (Amendment) Rules, 2006. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. W the Prasar Bharati (Broadcasting Corporation of India) Salaries, Allowances and other Conditions of Serv îce of Chairman, jWhole-time Members and Part-time Members, Rules, 2000,— (i) (ii) in rule 13, in sub-rule (1), for the words “rupees one thousand” the words “rupees two thousand” shall be substituted; in rule 13, in sub-rule (2), for the words “reimbursement of actual taxi fare incurred” the words “reimbursement of actual taxi fare if no office transport is provided” shall be substituted. (iii) inrule 14,— (a) after sub-rule (1), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:— “Provided that the expenses on hotel accommodation shall not exceed rupees five thousand per night”. (b) after sub-rule (2), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely ;— “Provided tibat the expenses on hotel accommodation shall not exceed rupees five thousand per night”.
