THE ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS CIVIL COURTS (AMENDMENT) REGULATION, 1967 No. 2 OF 1967 lion 11 of Promulgated by the President in the Eighteenth Year of the Republic of India. A Regulation further to amend the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Courts Regulation, 1940. In exercise of the powers conferred by article 240 of the Constitution. the President is pleased to promulgate the following Regulation made by him:-· 1. (1) This Rugulation may be . called the Andaman and Short title and Nicobar Islands Civil Courts (Amendment) Regulation, 1967. commencement, (2) It shall come into force at once. 2. In the Andaman and Nicobar Islands Civil Courts Regula- Ame!'drrent 0£ tion, 1940 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Regulation), in long h:}eand the long title and the preamble, for the words., Andaman Islands", pream .e- the words "Andaman and Nicobar Islands" shall be substituted. 3. In sections 2 and 3 of the principal Regulation, for the Aff!endrnentof words '' Andaman Islands"., the words •' Andaman and Nicobar sections 2 and 3. Islands " shall be substituted.
