JlPlDir/Gazette-Amendrnent—1n exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 30 of JawaharlaI Institute ofPost Graduate Medical Education and Research Puduchen'y Act, 2008 (19 of2008) the Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate MedIcaI Education and Research, with the previous approval of the Central Government (vjde Letter No. F. No. A. 12034/17/‘2010ME-III dated 12-8-2011), hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Regulations 40(2) of Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research, (Amendment) Regulations, 2010, namely.—- 1 1. (1) These Regulations may becalled the Jawaharlal Institute ofPost Graduate Medical Education and Research, (Amendment) Regulations, 201 I. (2) They shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 4-8-2008. 2. In the Jawaharlal Institute ofPost Graduate Medical Education and Research (Amendment) Regilations, 2010. In regulation 40(2), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely ;__ “Provided that this prow'sion shall nnt apply in the case of a person who is on extension’in service”.
