No. 24, Dated 09th February, 2021- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (08 of 2020) (here in after referred to as the said Act), the Government of Jharkhand hereby appoints the 1st day of January, 2021, as the date on which the provisions of sub-section (2) of section 3, section 4, section 7, section 8, section 9, section 15, section 26, section 27 and section 33 of the said Act shall come into force. 2.
