Government of Punjab Department of Industries and Commerce (Policy Implementation Unit) Corrigendum No. PIU/IBDP-2017/Notification/2021/ 74¢@ 2 Dated: 2 3—08—202| The Governor of Punjab is pleased to make following amendments in ‘Industrial & Business Development Policy-2017’ notified vide No. CC/Addl.dir/Industrial & Business Development/2017/1369 dated 17/10/2017 and further amended on 07-08-2018 and 31-07- 2019 and Detailed Schemes & Operational Guidelines, 2018 notified on 07.08.2018: - I. | The Sr. No. (i) of clause 10.21 of chapter — 10 of Industrial & Business Development Policy, 2017 is replaced as under: - “Manufacturing/packing of all alcoholic products shall be treated in the negative list, except standalone units that are manufacturing alcoholic products not included in Division no. 11 - “Manufacture of Beverages” of NIC Code 2008, provided only those Bio-ethanol units will become eligible for incentive which shall install paddy straw fuel based boilers” ll.
