V.-2020, dated October 9’ 2020 was published to invite objections and suggestions on the praposal for including the areas specifi ed in the Schedule-I in the smalier urban area of Munlcxpnl Council Jalaun, District Jalaun (Oml) as mqulred under " subsection (1) of section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act’no. 2 “of 1916); . - * AND, WHEREAS, no objection or suggestion has been received within the stipulated penod 'NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Constmmon . of India read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P.
