GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF TAX, EXCISE & NARCOTICS ITANAGAR Notification No. l/2021 State Tax, (Rate) No. GST/24l2017,n/ol-l Dated Itanagar, the 2nd June,202l In exercise of the powers confened by sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Arunachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (07 of 2017),the State Govemment, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following fuither amendments in the notification of the Govemment of Arunachal Pradesh, Department of Tax, Excise & Narcotics, No.1/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated the 28th June, 20l T,published in the Gazette of Arunachal Pradesh, Extraordinary, no. l8l, Vol. XXIV, Naharlagun, Friday,.lune 30,2017),vide file no. GST/24/2017, dated the 28th June, 2017, namely:- In the said notification, - (c) in Schedule I - 2.5%io,against S. No. 259A, for the entry in column (2), the entry "9503" shall be substituted; (d) after Schedule I, in List l,after serial number 230 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely- "(23 1 ). Diethylcarbamazine ". 3.
