GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT Notification The /é October, 2019 No. Bol In pursuance to clause no 11.2.8 of Industrial and Business Development Policy 2017 notified by Government of Punjab vide No.CC/Addl as on 30.07.2018, in order to encourage the shifting of Industries from residential areas or other non-conforming zones to the approved Industrial Focal points / Industrial estates setup by Govt. or any of its agencies with in stipulated time limit, subject to the compliance of the provisions of the respective Master Plan, Common Zoning Regulations and Local Government Building Bye Laws - 2018 or as amended from time to time, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to notify the incentives as under:- i. The existing site will be allowed for permissible usage as per master plan without any CLU charges. ii. No CLU, EDC or License fee on the new industrial site. iii. After shifting to new location, type of such industry may change.
