UTTAR PRADESH SHASHAN NAGAR VIKAS ANUBHAG -7 In pursuance of the provisions of clause(3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no-.1147/9-7-2020- Notification NO0-1147/9-7-2020-1051/2020(R) Lucknow; Dated: 20 December, 2020 In exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243-Q of the Consititution of India read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1959), the Governor is pleased to declare that the area and boundaries specified in Schedule-1 below shall be included in the area of Nagar Nigam, Gorakhpur, District Gorakhpur that will be extended and shall be included in the territorial area of Nagar Nigam Gorakhpur in the District Gorakhpur for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution of india and is further pleased to notify under clause (d) of Article 243-P of the Constitution that area and boundaries specified in Schedule-Il below shall be the territorial area of the said Nagar Nigam. Total Gata No- 17956 Total Area- 2791.1586 Hect. SCHEDULE-I The Boundary of territorial area of Nagar Nigam, Gorakhpur, District, Gorakhpur after including the area specified in Schedule-l Existing Boundary of Nagar Nigam, Gorakhpur, District, Gorakhpur is following:- North- Jhugiya South- Bharwaliya khurd East- Mahadev Jharkhandi Tukara No-2 West- Nausad Outer Boundary Line of Extended Nagar Nigam Gorakhpur, District- Gorakhpur North- Gulariha, Jangal Bahadur Ali, Sanjhayee South- GaaiGhat khurg, Badago East- RaniDiha, Khorabar Urf Subabazar West- Chakra Doyam, Chakra Seyam Total Gata No- 17956 Total Area- 2791.1586 Hect !
