No.VPM-2022/CR-221/PR-4(22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Nashik and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Shirasgaon Lauki, in Yeola Tahasil of Nashik District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 23rd November, 2022, to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising group of Revenue villages or Revenue village Shirasgaon Lauki, Valadgaon and Lauki Shiras in Yeola Tahasil, in Nashik District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Shirasgaon Lauki and Lauki Shiras, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
