2 TR JRA IFHHRY THE, 30 T, 2021 IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification . no. 1362/V-5-2021, dated June 30, 2021 : No. 1362/V-5-2021 “:iod Lucknow, June 30, 2021 PROCLAMATION IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Public Health and Epidemic Discases Control Act, 2020 (U.P. Act no. 17 of 2020), the Governor is pleased to issue a proclamation declaring that the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh is effected by Covid-19. 2.
