The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh - Chairperson (Ex- officio) 3. The Minister for Agficulture Department - Member 4. The /dinister for Urban Development Department - Member 5. The Minister for Water Resources and F-lood Control Department - Member 6. The Minister of State (Independent) for Aayush Department, - Member 8. The Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary, Home - Member 9.
