EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 95] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2020/MAGHA 25, 1941 MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th February, 2020 G.S.R. 113(E).—Whereas, sale and use of pet coke in lime kilns in the National Capital Region (NCR) States was notified vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change number G.S.R. 45(E), dated the 19th January, 2018, wherein sale of pet coke are made only to the industrial units mentioned in the list annexed to the said notification as Annexure and any change in the said list shall be made on the recommendation of the concerned State Government and with the approval of the Central Pollution Control Board; And whereas, on the recommendation of the State Government of Rajasthan, Central Pollution Control Board has approved further amendment in the details of 1 lime kiln in the Annexure of the notification mentioned above. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the aforesaid notification, namely:- In the said notification, in the Annexure, for serial number 219 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: - “219 M/s. Dariyav Lime Industries Khasra No.: 5446/1428, Vill: Khivsar, Tehsil: Khivsar, Distt: Nagaur, Rajasthan ARVIND KUMAR NAUTIYAL, Jt. Secy. Note: The principle notification was published vide number G.S.R. 45(E), dated the 19 th January, 2018 and subsequently amended vide notification number G.S.R. 495(E), dated the th May, 2018, G.S.R. 397(E), dated the 31 st May, 2019 and G.S.R. 906(E), dated the th December, 2019. and Published by the Controller of Publications, Delhi-110054.
