Change in ordinary jurisdiction of Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class Kinwat and Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class Mahur, District Nanded

No. CRC 2021/CR 46(I)/Desk XII.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), in its application to the State of Maharashtra and of all powers enabling it in this behalf, and in partial modifications of all the earlier notifications issued in this behalf, in so far as they relate to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kinwat and Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Mahur, Nanded District, the Government of Maharashtra, in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Bombay, hereby directs that with effect from 1st March 2023 :— (a) The Criminal cases arising out of areas of Police Station, Sindkhed and the village specified in the Schedule appended hereto, which were heretofore filed and dealt with by the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Kinwat, District Nanded shall stands transferred to the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Mahur, District Nanded ; (b) All the matters of Criminal nature arising out of the areas of Police Station, Sindkhed and the village specified in the Schedule appended hereto, shall be filed and dealt with by the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Mahur, District Nanded for disposal according to law.
