Bhopal, the 21" April 2022 No. F A 3-03-2022-1-V-(26).— Wuereas, the State Government Considers it necessary that the following amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006 should be made at once without previous publication in the Madhya Pradesh Gazette; Now, THEREFORE, in excercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 71 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendments in the Madhya Pradesh Vat Rules, 2006, namely :- AMENDMENTS In the said rules, in rule 54,- 1. in sub-rule (1),- qd) for the words, figure and letter “in Form 41-A”, the words “for the purpose of Income Tax” shall be substituted. (2) clause (i) and (ii) of the proviso shall be omitted. 2. sub-rule (2) shall be omitted.
