Act no. 2 of 1916) (hereinafter referred to as the "said Act") for including the areas specified in Schedule-I below in the smaller urban area of Municipal Council Nawabganj, District Bareilly is hereby published for information of all concerned and with a view to invite objections and suggestions in respect thereof as required, under sub-section(l) of section 4 of the aforesaid Act. Objections and suggestions, if any, with respect to the proposed notification should be sent in writing addressed to the Pramukh Sachiv, Nagar Vikas Anubhag-2, Uttar Pradesh Shasan, Bapu Bhawan, Lucknow. Only those objections and suggestions which are received within seven days from the dale of publication of this notification in the Gazette shall be taken into consideration.
