No. 38/XCI-2019 . Dated Lucknow, August 02,2019 IN exercise of the powers under section-3 of the Uttar Pradesh Janhit Guarantee Adhiniyam, 2011 (U.P. Act no. 3 of 2011) read with section 210f the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act. no. 1 of 1904), the Govemor is pleased to make with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, the following amendment in Government Notification no. 2198/1-14-2010-33(100)-2010 T.C.-HI, dated January 15,2011 as amended from time to time. : .
