(Ike (Baxette of 3xidia EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 140] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, MARCH 13, 2015/PHALGUNA 22, 1936 ^ f ^ f t , 1 3 ^ , 2015 MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13th March, 2015 G.S.R. 186(E).– In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 9 of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (46 of 1988), and in supersession of the Notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. G.S.R. 206(E) dated 21st March, 2014 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby constitutes an Advisory Board for a period of one year consisting of :— (i) Hon’ble Mr. Justice Manmohan, Chairperson (iii) Hon’ble Mr. Justice Jayant Nath, Member 2.
