No. 16, Dated 9th July, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (iii) of section 1 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2025 (Jharkhand Act 03, 2025), the Jharkhand Government hereby appoints. — (a) the 27th September, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 7, 32, 39 and 41 of the said Act shall be deemed to be effective; and (b) the 1st day of November, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of sections 3 to 6, 8, 10 to 31, 33, 34, 36 to 38 and 40 of the said Act shall be deemed to be effective.
