The Gazette of India EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1247) NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JULY 1, 2011/ASADHA 10, 1933 MINISTRY OF TEXTILES ORDER New Delhi, the 30th May, 2011 S.O. 1495 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 13 of the Jute Packaging Materials (Compulsory Use in Packing Commodities) Act, 1987 (10 of 1987) and in supersession of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles number S.O. 824(E), dated the 2nd July, 2002 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-11, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 2nd July, 2002, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under the provisions of the said Act as specified in column (4) of the following Table shall be exercisable also by the Officers as specified in column (2) of the said table in respect of commodity as specified in column (3) of the aforesaid Table, namely :- TABLE S.
