“Annual Cloth Assistance Scheme” is being introduced for the welfare of registered construction workers under the Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board

ls] ls] The 5th March 2020 S.O. 88 dated the 5th march 2020--Inexercise of power, conferred by Section 22(h) of Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act 1996 (27 of 1996) and the Rule 284 A of Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rule-2016, “Annual Cloth Assistance Scheme” is being introduced for the welfare of registered construction workers under the Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board. Under this scheme, an amount of Rs. 2,500/- (Rupees Two thousand Five hundred) in toto per year will be transferred in the bank account of every construction worker, who is a member of Welfare-Fund of Bihar Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board.
