NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 20 I 7 (Tripura Act No. 9 of 2017), read with sub-rule (5) of rule 61 of the Tripura State Goods and Ser"rices Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations on the Council, hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of Tripura in the Finance Deparlment No.F.l-l1(91)-TAXlGSTl2020, dated the 9'h November, 202A, published in the Tripura Gazette, Extraordinary Issue, vide nurnber 2193, dated the 9th November,2A2A, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
