Short title and commencement. (1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Amendment Regulations, 2014. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. For regulation 6 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Determination of Petroleum and Petroleum Products Pipeline Transportation Tariff) Regulations, 2010, the following shall be substituted, namely: -- “6. Miscellancous.
