Short title and commencement. (1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Exclusivity for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Network) Amendment Regulations, 2010. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment of regulation 6. In sub-regulation (1) of regulation (6) of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Exclusivity for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Network) Regulations, 2008, after the extended in terms of proviso tu regulation 12 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008 as amended by the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board.
