Uttar Pradesh Shasan In pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Government Notification no.-91/XI-2-22- NOTIFICATION Lucknow : Dated : March 16, 2022 In pursuance of sub-rule (2) of rule | of the Uttar Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Fifty Third Amendment) Rules, 2021, No.-1227/XI-2-21-9(42)/17T.C.58- U.P.GST Rules-2017-Order-(226)-2022 dated 07 January, 2022, the Governor, hereby 1* day of January, 2022, as the date from which the provisions of sub-rule notifies the (2) of rule 2, rule (3), clause (i) of rule (8) and rule (9) of the said rules, shall be deemed to have come into force.
