Act no-ll of 1916); AND WHEREAS objections and suggestions received in pursuance of said notification were disposed of vide Government Order no.-2843/9-1-2022-52'1.A/22 dated October 03, 2022: . , NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under clause (2) of Article 243- Q of the Constitution of India read with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the L’ttar Pradesh Municipalities Act, 1916 (U.P. Act no. 2 of 1916) and in partial modification of Notification no.-451 Muavikha, dated 17 July, 1885 and other previous notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor having regard to the population of the area, the density of the Population therein, the revenue generated for local administration, the percentage of employment in noil-agricultural activities, the economic importance and such other factors is pleased to include the areas specified in Schedule below in the transitional area of Nagar Panchayat Bharartkund Bhadarsa, District Ayodhya for the purposes of Part IX-A of the Constitution of India.
