“y., * UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN GOPAN ANUBHAG-3 The Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification no. 1092/2021-CX-3 dated %7, December, 2021 for general information: - NOTIFICATION No. 1092/2021-CX-3 J.ucknow, Dated: AT, December, 2021 WHEREAS the premises named, detailed and described in the Schedule given below is a place used for manufacturing of defence and security equipments of the Indian Army, AND WHEREAS information with respect thereto, destruction or obstruction thereof or interference therewith would be useful to an enemy; AND WHEREAS in pursuance of clause (1) of Article 258 of the Constitution of India, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India have vide their Notification 8.0. no. 1285 dated 4th May, 1963, published in Part H, Section 3, Sub-section (11) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated 11th May, 1963, entrusted the functions of the Central Government to the State Government of Uttar Pradesh in relation to any matter specified in sub-clauscs (¢) and (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 {Act no. 19 of 1923}; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor is pleased to declare the premises named, detailed and described in the Schedule given below to be a "prohibited place" for the purposes of the aforesaid Act and to direct that a copy of this notification in English and in the vernacular of the locality be affixed to the sald premises, SCHEDULE Name arid Specifications of the Prohibited Place Bharat Electronics Limited, Ghaziabad In East [Connecting road alongwith TATA Bhushan Steet, Jain Marbles to In West Connecting. road from PS- Link road to Maharajpur village.
