No.VPM-2022/CR-09/PR-4(22).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India read with section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), and of all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supersession of all the previous notifications or instruments issued in that behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon and Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Vadgaon Bk., in Jamner Tahasil of Jalgaon District, the Governor of Maharashtra hereby specifies the 17th April, 2023, to be the date from which each of the local areas comprising group of revenue villages Vadgaon Bk., Pimpalgaon Kh., Hivarkheda Digar and Hivari Digar in Jamner Tahasil, in Jalgaon District, specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, shall be the distinct villages and shall be known by the name of the villages Vadgaon Bk. and Hivarkheda Digar, respectively, as specified in column (2) thereof, for the purposes of Part IX of the Constitution.
