UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN GOPAN ANUBHAG-3 The Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No.\21g /2023-CX-3, dated Oct (2, 2023 for general information. NOTIFICATION NO. 19-1 /2023-CX-3 Lucknow: Oct ;2., 2023 i WHEREAS the premises named, detailed and described in the Schedule below is a place used for Power Transmission to Fatehabad Agra, Agra south, Firozabad metropolitan, Etmadpur, Barhan (Agra) and Narkhi firozabad ; 1 AND WHEREAS an information with respect thereto, or the destruction or obstruction thereof, or interference therewith, would be useful to an enemy , AND WHEREAS in pursuance of clause (1) of Article 258 of the Constitution of india, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India has vide Notification no. §.0.1285 dated 4"" May, 1963, published in Part II. Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated 11" May, 1963, entrusted the functions of the Central Government to the State Government of Uttar Pradesh in relation to any matter specified in sub-clauses (c) anc (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Act no.19 of 1923) ; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 {Act NO.19 of 1923}, read with Government of india, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification No.$.O. 1285, dated 04 May, 4963 the Governor is pleased to declare the premises named. detailed and described in the Schedule given below to be a "Prohibited Place” for the purposes of the aforesaid Act and the Governor is further pleased to direct that 4 copy of this Notification in English and in the vernacular of the locality be affixed to the said premises. ras SCHEDULE [: ; Name and specifications of the prohibited place. in East- Gata NO-12, Shreexrishna etc BD par ee \n West- Border Of village-Dataunjee iN North- Gata NO-221 Land of Forest Department.
