And. Wl-l[RFAS, in para 5.4 and G.3 of the above said policy, the Developers of Logistics Park and New Logistics Units have been granted I 00°~, Exemption in Electricity Duty for the period of 10 years. NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under suh-s~ctiun ( .:i ) of Governor. in order to execute this policy, is pleased to direct that De velopers ut' Logistics Park and New Logistics Units established under the U.P . \Va rehousing and Logistics Policy-2018, wi ll be granted I 00 % exemption in Electricity Duty for the period of IO years.
