Uttar Pradesh Shasan Stamp Evam Registration Anubhag-1 In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 12/2024/829/94-1-2024-312(83)/2015, dated : 20 June, 2024. NOTIFICATION No. 12/2024/829/94-1-2024-312(83)/2015 Lucknow, Dated : 20 June, 2024 In exercise of the powers under sections 5 and 7 of the Registration Act, 1908 (Act no. 16 of 1908) read with section 21 of the General Clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) and in partial modification of earlier notifications issued in this behalf, the Governor with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette, is pleased to; (1) create a new registration sub district ‘Dadri-2’ in district Gautam Buddh Nagar by including sectors/revenue villages given in the Schedule below; and (2) alter the limits of registration sub district ‘Dadri’ of district Gautam Buddh Nagar by excluding the areas of sectors/revenue villages given in the said Schedule below; SCHEDULE List of sectors/revenue villages excluded from registration sub district Dadri and included in the newly created registration sub district Dadri-2 of district Gautam Buddh Nagar :- Sector Name of Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority 25 Sports City 26 Sports City-2 Revenue Village Name 1 Ithaira 2 Aimnabad 3 Khera Choganpur 4 Khodna Khurd 5 Khairpur Gurjar 6 Ghodi Bachheda 7 Chipyana Khurd Urf Tigri 8 Jalpura 9 Junpat 10 Tusyana 11 Dabra 12 Devla 13 Patwari 14 Fatehpura Rampur 15 Bisrakh Jalalpur 16 Bhanauta 17 Maycha 18 Milk Lachchhi 19 Roza Yakubpur 20 Roza Jalalpur 21 Rithori 22 Rajpur Bangar 23 Shah Beri 24 Samauddinpur 25 Sadopur 26 Sadullapur 27 Saini 28 Haldoni The Governor further directs that any effect of this notification in any law court, which has used its jurisdiction in relation to the said areas, will not be initiated on any preliminary proceeding or any legal proceeding in question. Note : If any authority develops new sector/sectors in addition to the above in the said revenue villages, then the jurisdiction of the new sector/sectors will be in the revenue village wherein the larger part of the area of such sector is situated.
