No. BHANIKA-2016/C.R. 45/GND-1.–In exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the following rules to amend the Lower Grade Stenographer, Group-B (Non Gazetted), Process- Server, Group-C and Clerk-Typist, Group-C (Recruitment) Rules, 2018, namely : – 1. These rules may be called the “Lower Grade, Stenographer, Group-B (Non Gazetted), Process-Server, Group-C and Clerk-Typist, Group-C (Recruitment) (Amendment) Rules, 2. In the preamble of the Lower Grade, Stenographer, Group-B (Non Gazetted), Process-Server, Group-C and Clerk-Typist, Group-C (Recruitment) Rules, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the “Principals Rules”), the words “except for the Kokan Division Office” shall be deleted. 3. In rule of 1 of the principal Rules, after the words “Clerk-Typist, Group-C” the words “in the offices of the Maharashtra Rent Control Competent Authority” shall be inserted.
