Act no. 3 of 201 1) read with section 210f the Uttar Pradesh General Clauses Act, 1904 (U.P. Act. no. 1 of 1904), the Governor is pleased to ‘make with effect from the date of publication of this natification in the Gazette, the following amendment in Government Notification no. 2198/1-14-2010-33(100)-2010 T.C.-111, dated January 15,2011 &s amended from time to time.
