Re-constitute a Juvenile Justice Board

CHANDIGARH administration In exercise of the powers under section 4 of Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015, the Administrator, Union Territory of Chandigarh is pleased to re-constitute a Juvenile Justice Board for exercising the powers and discharging duties conferred or imposed in relation to juveniles In conflict with Law in the Union Territory of Chandigarh comprising of the following:- 1. The Senior Most Magistrate (After Chief Judicial Magistrate) Chandigarh " Sh. Ashok Raj Bhandari, Dr. Satinder Kaur Sachdeva, The term of Board shall be for a period of three years. This supersedes the Social Welfare Department, Chandigarh Administration notification NO.SW3/JJ Act/2014/5409 dated 12.06.2014.
