IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication the following English translation of notification no. S/2022/126/ Ek-13-2022-1-13099/3630/2020, dated August 4, 2022 : Dated Lucknow, August 4, 2022 IN exercics of the powers conferred under clause (d) of section 3 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (Act no. I of 1894) (hereinafter refered to as the said Act), the Governor hereby appoints Presiding Oficers of the Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authorities constituted under section 51 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 as Special Judicial Officers to perfom functions of the Court under the said Act with respect to pending cases under the said Act within limits of the jurisdiction of the Authority of which they act as Presiding Officers.
