UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN CHIKITSA ANUBHAG-5 In pursuance of the provision of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No-2004/FIVE-5-2021 dated 30 September, 2021. NOTIFICATION LUCKNOW, DATED- 30 September, 2021 PROCLAMATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Uttar Pradesh Public Health and Epidemic Diseases Control Act, 2020 (U.P. Act no.17of 202(), the Governor is pleased to issue a proclamation declaring that the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh is effected by Covid-19. 2- This proclamation shall continue to be in force till 31th December, 2021 or till issuance of any further order, whichever is prior.
