No. L-MISC/VI/V/2007.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations, to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Meetings of the Board) Regulations, 2007, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement. (1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Mcetings of the Board) Amendment Regulations, 2014 namely:—- (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazctte. 2. For regulation 7 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Meetings of the Board) Regulations. 2007. the following shall be substituted, namely :— “7. Interpretation. If any question arises as to the interpretation of these regulations, the same shall be decided by the Board.”.
