No. F-A-3-58-2015-1-V (63).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule II of the said Act, notice of which having been previously published in Madhya Pradesh Gazette (Extra-ordinary), dated 19th September 2019 as required by the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 70-A of the said Act, namely:— AMENDMENTS In Schedule-II to the said Act,— I. In Part UI-A, against serial number 1, in column (3), for the figure “18” the figure “23” shall be substituted; IL In Part III-A, against serial number 2, in column (3), for the figure “28” the figure “33” shall be substituted; Il. In Part I-A, against serial number 6, in column (3), for the figure “5” the figure “10” shall be substituted; This amendments shall come into force from 21st September 2019.
