Madam Cama Road, Hutatma Rajguru Chowk, Dated :- 03/06/2025 No IDA-052024/C.R-23/LAB- 2 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 39 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (14 of 1947), and in supersession of all previous Government Notification issued in this behalf the Government of Maharashtra hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 10 (1) to 10 (3). 10 (5), 10-A. 12 (5), 17 (1) and 36-A of the said Act shall in relation to the Industrial Disputes relating to the matter specified in item 3 of the Second schedule and the matter so far as it concerns retrenchment in item 10 to the Third Schedule to the said Act, be exercisable also by each of the officers specified in column 2 of the Schedule hereto in respect of the areas specified him in column 3 of that schedule provided the matter concerns retrenchment of 10 or less than to workmen.
