lat; dqekj flag] lat; dqekj flag] The 30th October 2024 S.O. 460, dated the 30th October 2024— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section1 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2024 (Bihar Ordinance No. 01, 2024), the Governor of Bihar, hereby appoints.- (a) the 27th day of September, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of section 6, section 34 and section 36 of the said Ordinance shall deemed to come into force; and (b) the1stday of November, 2024, as the date on which the provisions of section 2 to section 5, section 7 to section 33 and section 35 of the said Ordinance shall come into force.
