No. 45, Dated 26th September, 2025:- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 11 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Act, 2017 (12 of 2017), the Government of Jharkhand, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Jharkhand in the Commercial Taxes Department, No. 8/2018-State Tax (Rate), dated the 5th March, 2018, published in the Gazette of Jharkhand, Extraordinary, vide S.O. No. 22, dated the 5th March, 2018, namely:- In the said notification, for the words, brackets, and figures, “Schedule IV of Notification No. 1/2017- State Tax (Rate)”, the words, brackets, and figures, “Schedule II or “Schedule III of Notification No.9/2025 - State Tax (Rate)”, shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to be effective from the 22th day of September, 2025. [File.
