Appointment of member of appropriate Authority

IN pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution of India, the Govemor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification no. 738/V-9-2024-6(74)-94 T.C.-I, dated May 25,2024 : Dated Lucknow; May 25, 2024 . IN exercise of the powers under sub-section (2) of section 17 of the Pre-conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Sclection) Act, 1994 {Act no. 57 of 1994) read with se ction 21 of the General clauses Act, 1897 (Act no. 10 of 1897) and in partial modification of Government notification no. 3020/V-9-2007-6(74)-94 F.C., dated November 30, 2007 as amended by Gove rnment notification no. 903/V-9-2021-6(74)-94 T.C.-11, dated November 2, 2021, the governor is pleased to appoint Shri Lokesh Nagar, Special Secretary and Additional Legal Remembrancer, Uttar Pradesh Government as the member of Appropriate Authority for the whole of Uttar Pradesh in place of S hri Atul Singh, Special Sccretary and Additional Legat Remembrancer, Uttar Pradesh Government.
