In pursuance of the provisions of clause (3) of Article 348 of the Constitution, the Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of notification no. 835/XXXIX-4-92- 12(3)-78, dated April 22, 1992: NOTIFICATION No. 835/XXXIX-4-92-12(3)-78 Dated Lucknow, April 22, 1992 In exercise of the powers under sub-clause (v) of clause (j) of section 2 of the Uttar Pradesh Lokayukta and Up-Lokayuktas Act, 1975 (U. P. Act no. 42 of 1975) the Governor is pleased to notify that every person in the service or pay of any of the following Local authority, Corporation, Government Company or Society, as the case may be, shall be a public servant within the meaning of the said clause (j). 1.
