The Central Government hereby nominates Joint Secretary (Animal Welfare), Ministry of Environment and Forest as Member, under Section 5 (1) (be) in place of Maj. Gen. (Retd.) Dr. R. M. Kharb (Sr. No. 4). 3. Membership of Dr. R. M. Kharb is changed fron Member under Section 5(1) (be) to Member under Section 5( 1) (c) in place of Dr. V. N. Appaji Rao (Sr. No. 7). Note : The earlier notification regarding reconstitution of the Animal Welfare Board of India was published in the Gazette of India vide number S.O. 2005(E), dated the 29th November, 2007.
