Build. Operate or Expand City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008, namely:-—- to Short title and commencement. (1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entities to Lay, Build, Operate or Expand City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Amendment Regulations, 2014. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. For regulation 19 of the Petroteum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Authorizing Entitics to Lay, Build. Operate or Fxpand City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008, the following shall be substituted. namely:— “19. Miscellaneous.
