Debts Recovery Tribunals (Procedure) Amendment Rules, 1994. NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st March, 1994 G.S.R. 352(E): In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 36 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Debts Recovery (Procedure) Rules, 1994 namely :- 1. (1) These Rules may be called the Debts Recovery (Procedure) Amendment Rules, (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette. 2. In the Debts Recovery (Procedure) Rules, 1993 :- (a) In clause (c) of rule 2 for the words, figures and brackets ordinance 1993 (25 of 1993) (hereinafter referred to as the Ordinance), the word figures and brackets Act, 1993 (51 of 1993) (hereinafter referred to as the Act) shall be substituted; (b) In the Form, for the word Ordinance wherever it occurs, the word Act shall be substituted.
