R GOVERNMENT OF MADHYA PRADESH, REVENUE DEPARTMENT MANTRALAYA, BHOPAL Bhopal, dated [©.../3../202] NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii‘] and (i) of sub-section (2) of section 258 read with section 59 and 60 of the Madhya Pradesh Land Revenue Code, 959 (No. 20 of 959), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in the Madhya Pradesh Bhu-Rajaswa Sanhita (Bhu-Rajaswa Ka Nirdharan Tatha Punrnirdharan) Niyam, 208, the same have been previously published in फिट Madhya Pradesh Gazette as required by sub-section (3) of section 258 of the said, Act, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said rules, in rule 3, in sub-rule (l) and (2), for the word “Thirty” the word “fifteen” shall be substituted.
