UTTAR PRADESH SHASAN GOPAN ANUBHAG-3 The Governor is pleased to order the publication of the following English translation of Notification No. 103/1/2020-CX-3, dated January2¥ ,-2022 for general information. NOTIFICATION No. 103/1/2020-CX-3 Lucknow: January 24, 2022 WHEREAS the premises named, detailed and described in the Schedule given below is a place used for ensure uninterrupted power supply; AND WHEREAS ap information with respect thereto, of the destruction or obstruction thereof, or interference therewith, would be useful to an enemy; AND WHEREAS in pursuance of clause(1) of Article 258 of the Constitution of India, the Ministry of Nome Affairs, Government of India have vide their Notification §.0. no. 1285 date 4» May, 1963, published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated 11!" May, 1963, entrusted the functions of the Central Government to_ the State Government of Uttar Pradesh in relation to any matter specified in sub-clauses (c) and (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Act no. 19 of 1923): NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers under sub-clause (d) of clause (8) of section 2 of the aforesaid Act, the Governor is pleased to declare the premises named, detailed and described in the Schedule given below to be a “Prohibited Place” for the purposes of the aforesaid Act and to direct that a copy of this notification in English and in the vernacular of the locality be affixed to the said premises.
