Extension of deadline for submission of Aadhaar EID upto 31st March, 2018 in notification dated 08th Feb 2017 issued by Do Food & Publication Distribution

EXTRAORDINARY PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, FOOD AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION DEPARTMENT OF FOOD AND PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th December, 2017 S.O. 4065(E).— In pursuance of the provisions of section 7 of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (18 of 2016), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Food and Public Distribution, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 371(E), dated the 8 th February, 2017, namely : — In the said notification,- (a) in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2), for the words, figures and letters “by 31 st December, 2017”, the words, figures and letters “by 31 st March, 2018” shall be substituted; (b) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1), for the words, figures and letters “by 31 st December, 2017”, the words, figures and letters “by 31st March, 2018” shall be substituted.
